HOW TO DELEGATE WPENGINE ACCESS

f your WordPress site is hosted by WPEngine, here is the easiest way to give someone access.

  1. First your going to go over to wpengine.com and click login in the top right hand Corner

2. You’ll then be prompted to put in your login credentials.

Once you are in the user Dashboard click the ‘people” icon on the left-hand side

3. Next you’ll see a screen with your current authorized users. Click on ‘Invite account user’

Add the users information with the level of access you wish.

Voila! You’re all set. an email will be sent to the user to signup/sign in and accept the invitation.

HOW TO DELEGATE GODADDY ACCESS

This article was made to show you how you can delegate your GoDaddy access. We usually ask for this access so we can get to your DNS settings (www.websitedomain.com).

Sometimes you may also use GoDaddy as your hosting platform. Either way, this guide covers both!

  1. Sign in to godaddy.com . Once signed in look to the top right where you’ll see your username with an arrow.

Next click account settings

2. Next scroll down a little and you’ll see a widget that says Delegate Access. After clicking it , it will prompt you to put your password again before going to the next sceen.

3. Next click invite to access on the right hand side of the screen

You’ll have to put in the persons information. and VOILA! you’re done.

When you click on ”Continue to Client Portal” your first page will be the data we need to get your project on the road 🚗

If you’re a new customer we’re going to need access to your site and hosting before we can start working on it.

It will look something like this

If you accidently exit out of that screen or want to do it later, no worries!

What you going to want to do is find the order by clicking on the ORDER ID on your homepage or the Orders tab on the left.

Inside the order your going to click on this

Voila! your back.

Once you’re ready go ahead and Open a Ticket
